SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a conditional use
permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Z- 2959 -C - described as part of the SE 1/4, Section 21,
and part of the NE 1/4, Section 28, all lying in T -2 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: commencing at the SE corner of
said SE 1/4, Section 21; thence N 00° 31' 41" E 80
feet; thence N 00° 35' E 374.39 feet; thence N 880 27'
41" W 632.7 feet to the point of beginning; thence S
