HomeMy WebLinkAbout13969ORDINANCE NO. 13,969 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 13,955 TO ESTABLISH CONTINUING AD- MINISTRATIVE FEES TO BE IMPOSED IN ADDITION TO THE INITIAL FEES PRE- VIOUSLY ESTABLISHED BY ORDINANCE NO. 13,955 FOR ACT 9 INDUSTRIAL DEVELOP- MENT BOND ISSUES AND AMENDMENT 49 INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOND ISSUES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 13,955 is hereby amended to read as follows: The fees and charges established by this ordinance shall apply to the industries and issues enumerated in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. SECTION 2. Because of the compelling need to establish uniformity in the administration of fees and charges, and the need to insure sound fiscal management, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
