AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SHACKLEFORD AND
KANIS ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
Section 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and it is hereby changed as
indicated:
Z -3592 - described as part of the NE 1/4, Section 9,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as: starting at the SW corner of the NE 1/4;

extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in'Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That the ordinances shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
