AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
Section 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated:
(a) Z- 2552 -A - described as part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4
and part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
more particularly described as: beginning 406.7 feet W and
20 feet N of the intersection of the S line of the SW 1/4
SE 1/4, Section 25 with the W right -of -way line of the
Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence W 140 feet parallel to the
S line of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 and the S line of the SE 1/4
SW 1/4 Section 25; thence N 180 feet; thence E 140 feet;
thence S 180 feet to the point of beginning from "C -3"
General Commercial District to "C -4" Open Display District.
(b) Z- 3355 -A - described as SE 1/4 SE 1/4, Section 1,
T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski.County, Arkansas, LESS AND ACCEPT the
N and W 40 feet thereof from "C -3" General Commercial
District to "C -2" Shopping Center District.
(c) Z -3605 - described as the E one -half E one -half
NW 1/4 NE 1 4 NE 1/4, Section 1, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, LESS AND ACCEPT the S 50 feet thereof from
"C -3" General Commercial District to "C -4" Open Display
District.
(d) Z -3608 - described as Lot 3, Block 4, Pettifer's
Addition to the City of Little Rock from "R -3" Single Family
District to "0-1" Quiet Office District.
(e) Z -3618 - described as a part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4
and the NE 1 4 SW 1/4, Section 18, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
beginnning at the NW corner of said NE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence N
101.5 feet along the W line of said SE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence N
78° E 278.5 feet; thence S 00 56' E 494.5 feet to a point on
the northerly right -of -way line of U.S. Highway 67 -70;
thence S 660 44' W 311 feet along said northerly
right -of -way line to the intersection of the W line of said
NE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence N along the W line of said NE 1/4 SW
1/4 467 feet to the point of beginning from "C -3" General
Commercial District to "C -4" Open Display District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
