AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF KANIS AND BARROW
ROADS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
Section 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -3586 - described as a part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4,
Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
commencing at the NW corner of said Section 11;
thence N 890 45' E along the N line of said
Section 11 and the S line of Longacre Place
Addition a distance of 229.3 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue N 89° 45' E along said
N line of Section 11 and the S line of Longacre
Place Addition a distance of 350.4 feet; thence S
00° 19' E a distance of 644 feet more or less to
the N right -of -way line of Kanis Road; thence W
along said N right -of -way line of Kanis Road 275.5
feet more or less to a point; thence N 21° 29' E
201.5 feet; thence N 68° 31' W 194.4 feet; thence
N 000 06' W 258 feet to the point of beginning
from "0-3" General Office District to "C -3"
General Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
