AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5415 "C"
STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS
ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a conditional use
permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Z -3616 - described as Lot 2, Block 16, Pfeifer's
Addition for a duplex dwelling in the "R -3" Single Family
District.
Section 2. That the development pursuant to this
conditional use permit shall follow the site plan approved
by the Little Rock Planning Commission.
Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
