ORDINANCE NO. 13,959
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF RODNEY PARHAM
ROAD AND ARKANSAS HIGHWAY #10 IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
Section 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated:
(a) Z -3597 - described as a parcel in the NW 1/4 SE
1/4, Section 21, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
beginning at the SE corner of said NW 1/4 SE 1/4,
Section 21; thence W on the S line of the said NW
1/4 SE 1/4 540 feet to the E right -of -way line of
Woodland Heights Road; thence N 0° 09' 10" E on
said E right -of -way line 588 feet; thence S 620
13' 20" E 215 feet; thence N 29° 34' E 223.14 feet
to the southerly right -of -way of Arkansas State
Highway #10; thence S 540 38' 58" E on said
southerly right -of -way 78.17 feet; thence S 290
34' W 200 feet; thence S 570 35' 51" E 316.85 feet
to the E line of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section
21; thence S 10 05' 10" E on said E line 293 feet
to the point of beginning from "R -2" Single Family
District to "0 -3" General Office District.
(b) Z -3601 - described as part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4,
Section 21, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
beginning at the intersection of the W line of the
NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 21 and the W
right -of -way line of Rodney Parham Road; thence N
00 30' 30" E along the W line of said NE 1/4 SE
1/4 406.2 feet to a point on the S right -of -way
line of Arkansas State Highway #10; thence S 44°
00' 10" E along said S right -of -way line 211.12
feet to a point on the W right -of -way line of
Rodney Parham Road; thence S 28° 59' 20" W along
said W right -of -way line 90.6 feet; thence
continue southwesterly along said W right -of -way
line, being the arc of a curve to the right having
a chord bearing and distance of S 310 14' 50" W
204.95 feet to the point of beginning from "R -2"
Single Family District to "0-3" General Office
District.
(c) Z -3617 - described as all of Lot 1
AT-folter- Phillips Subdivision, and addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "R -2" Single
Family District to "0 -3" General Office District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
