ORDINANCE NO. 13,957 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED ON HINSON ROAD IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF HILLSBOROUGH SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z- 2848 -E - described as part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 29, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: commencing at the SW corner of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 said Section 29; thence S 880 49' 50" E and along the S line of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 said Section 29 and the N line of Hillsborough Subdivision as recorded in Document 78 -25029 Platbook A -86 of the Pulaski County records a distance of 250.06 feet; thence N 00° 04' 41" W 365.85 feet; thence N 89° 55' 19" E 150 feet to the point of beginning, thence N 00° 04' 41" W 560 feet; thence N 890 55' 19" E 198.63 feet to a point on the W right -of -way line of Hinson Road; thence S 02° 59' 44" E and along said right -of -way line 253.42 feet to the P.C. of a curb to the left whose radius is 751.4 feet; thence along said right -of -way line and the arc of said curve a chord bearing and distance of S 15° 10' 12" E 316.92 feet; thence S 890 55' 19" W 294.05 feet to the point of beginning from "R -4" Two Family District to "MF -6" Multifamily District. Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
