AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBURBAN DEVELOPMENT PLAN
MAP, ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 13,874 ON SEPTEMBER 24,
1980; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the Suburban Development Plan Map was adopted on
September 24, 1980 showing "SFA" in the area west of Black Road
on Highway 10; and
WHEREAS, the Suburban Development Plan illustrated
"Neighborhood Shopping Center" at the intersection of Highway 10
and the proposed West Belt intersection; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommends that the
"Neighborhood Shopping " (NS) be shifted from the West Belt
intersection to the property just west of Black Road to take in
account the existing commercial uses as well as a proposed
commercial rezoning; and
WHEREAS, a commercial rezoning request has been filed for
that property west of Black Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
SECTION 1. That the Suburban Plan be amended to show "NS"
shifted from the West Belt intersection to the North and South
sides of Highway 10 just West of Black Road as shown on the
attached map.
SECTION 2. That this amendment shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the passage of this Ordinance.
