AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
13,938 TO DECREASE THE ALLOCATION IN
SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE AND TO ADD
A SECTION AUTHORIZING THE INCREASE OF
THE ENGINEERING DESIGN CONTRACT FOR
THE BLOUNT ROAD CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, an error was made in the allocation autho-
rized by Section 3 of Ordinance No. 13,928; and
WHEREAS, the authorization of an increase in the
engineering design contract for the Blount Road Capital
Improvement Project was inadvertently omitted in Ordinance
No. 13,938.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 13,928 is
hereby amended so that the allocation will be $371,498.50
instead of $503,101.00.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 13,938 is hereby amended
to include a section which shall read as follows:
An increase in the engineering design con-
tract with Hodges, Vines, Fox & Associates is
hereby authorized from $49,450.11 to $81,400.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
