AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF
REAL PROPERTY AT 2100 EAST 6TH STREET;
APPROPRIATING FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING THE
PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY AT 1800 EAST
2ND STREET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The purchase of real property located at
2100 East 6th Street is hereby authorized.
SECTION 2. Four thousand dollars ($4,000) is hereby
appropriated for the purchase of real property lcoated at
1800 East 2nd Street.
SECTION 3. The purchase of real property located at
1800 East 2nd Street is hereby authorized.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
