AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 39- 105(d)(11)
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; ELIMINATING FREE PARKING
DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON EXCEPT ON CHRISTMAS
DAY; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 39- 105(d)(11) of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby amended to read as
follows:
(11) December 25.
SECTION 2. An emergency is hereby declared to exist, and
this Ordinance being necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public peace, health, and safety, shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
