ORDINANCE NO. 13,919
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF
ORDINANCES NUMBERED 13,741 and 13,174,
FIXING FILING FEES FOR VARIOUS CITY
SERVICES: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Section One (1) of Ordinance No. 13,741
be amended to provide for the following changes.
A. The chart titled "Rezoning Application Fees" be re-
structured as follows:
l.) Rezoning Application Fees
B. That Section One (1) Paragraph Two (2) be retitled and
read as follows:
The fee for site plan review (zoning district requirement)
is $125.00 for less than ten (10) acres, $175.00 for 10 -160
acres and $250.00 for applications over 160 acres.

B. That Section One (1) Paragraph Two (2) be retitled and
read as follows:
The fee for site plan review (zoning district requirement)
is $125.00 for less than ten (10) acres, $175.00 for 10 -160

C. That Section One (1) Paragraph Eight (8) be changed to
read as follows:
The fee for a conditional use permit review will be a
fixed flat rate of $125.00 for all applications.
SECTION 2. That Section Two (2) of Ordinance No. 13,174 be
amended as follows:
A. Paragraphs C. and D. now written shall be deleted
entirely and the following inserted in place of:
C. Preliminary and Final Plat Fees Each Submission:
Plats of: 0 to 10 Acres = $100.00 + $2.00 per lot
or acre whichever is
greater.
Plats of: 10 to 20 Acres = $200.00 + $2.00 per lot
or acre whichever is
greater.
Plats of: 20 to 40 Acres = $300.00 + $2.00 per lot
or acre whichever is
greater.
Plats of: 40 Acres and Up = $400.00 + $2.00 per lot
or acre whichever is
greater.
SECTION 3. Parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
