ORDINANCE NO. 13,913
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
ON ALEXANDER AND SARDIS ROADS IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z -3545, described as a tract of land located in
the S 1/2 and in the SE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 9,
and in the SW 1/4, Section 10, T -1 -S, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of said Section 9;
thence S 88° 10' W on the S line of said
Section 9, in the centerline of Alexander Road,
3,167.2 feet; thence N 0° 37' W, 295.2 feet;
thence N 880 10' E, 3,432.1 feet; thence S 0° 07'
30" W, 295.2 feet; thence S 880 07' 30" W, 264.9
feet to the point of beginning. From "R -2" Single
Family District to "I -1" Industrial Park District

1/4, NE 1/4, Section 9, and in the SW 1/4, Section
10, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of said Section 9;
thence N 880 07' 30" E, 264.9 feet; thence N 0°
07' 30" E, 295.2 feet; thence N 880 06' 30" E,
295.1 feet; thence N 0° 05' 21" E, 1,034.21 feet;
thence N 880 07' 18" E, 1,644.08 feet to the point
of beginning; thence N 00 02' 44" W, 1,049.06
feet; thence N 88° 59' 49" E, 416.8 feet; thence N
10 36' 21" W, and along the centerline of Sardis
Road 283.38 feet; thence S 87° 58' 08" W, 1,000
feet; thence S V 36' 21" E, 1,330 feet more or
less; thence N 880 07' 18" E, 550 feet more or
less to the point of beginning. From "R -2" Single
Family District to "I -1" Industrial Park District.

Beginning at the SW corner of said Section 9;
thence N 88° 10' E, 2,062.5 feet; thence N 0° 37'
W, 295.2 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continue N 0° 37' W, 1,653.12 feet to the S R -O -W
line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence N
800 01' E, 728.29 feet along said R -O -W to the
point of beginning of a spiral transition to the
left; thence N 79° 26' 50" E on the long chord of
said spiral transition, 186.48 feet to the point
of curvature of a 31147.11 foot radius curve to
the left, having a chord bearing a distance of N
66° 59' 30" E, 1,235.13 feet; thence on the arc of
said curve 1,243.2 feet to the point of a spiral
transition to the left; thence N 54° 32' 10" E on
the long chord of said spiral transition, 186.48
feet to the point of tangency; thence N 53° 58' E

more or less to the point of beginning. From
"R -2" Single Family District to "I -3" Heavy
Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be, and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
