AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z- 3447 -A, described as Lot 12, Block 22, Pulaski
Heights Addition. From "C -1" Neighborhood
Commercial District to "R -2" Single Family
District.
(b) Z -3567, described as part of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 4, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of said SE 1/4, SW
1/4, Section 4;' thence N 890 28' E along the N
line of said Section 4, 354.4 feet; thence S 20
14' W, 979.1 feet to the point of beginning;
thence S 460 29' E, 200.8 feet to a point on the
westerly R -O -W line of Interstate Route No. 30;
thence S 43° 31' W along said westerly R -O -W 147.6
feet to a concrete monument, being the point of
intersection with the northerly R -O -W of the
Mabelvale West Overpass; thence N 460 29' W along
said R -O -W line of the Mabelvale West Overpass,
114.9 feet; thence along said R -O -W along 530 feet
radius curve to the left, having a chord bearing
and distance of N 510 09' W, 86.19 feet; thence N
43° 31' E, along a line parallel with the R -O -W of
Interstate Route No. 30, 154.61 feet to the point
of beginning. From "R -2" Single Family to "C -4
Open Display.
(c) Z -3568, described as a part of the SW 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 36, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; beginning at the NW
corner of Chicot Road and U.S. Highway 67 and 70;
thence northeasterly 176 feet; thence S 144.7
feet; thence W 153.5 feet; thence N 59.4 feet to
the point of beginning.
AND
Part of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 36, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as:
Commencing at the NW corner of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 36, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence N 89° 30' E
along the N line of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4, for a
distance of 25 feet to a point on the easterly
R -O -W line of Chicot Road, said point being the
point of beginning; thence continue along said N
line of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4, N 89° 30' E, 153.5

feet; thence by an interior angle of 89° 48' run S
0° 18' E, a distance of 5.3 feet; thence by an
interior angle of 119° 13' run S 60° 29' W, a
distance of 176 feet to a point on the easterly
R -O -W line of Chicot Road; thence by an interior
angle of 60° 47' run N 0° 18' W, along said
easterly R -O -W line, a distance of 90.6 feet to
the point of beginning. From "R -2" Single Family
District to "C -4" Open Display District.
(d) Z -3577, described as Lot 2, Kings Row Addition.
From "MF 1124" Multifamily District to "OS" Open
Space District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be, and it is hereby changed to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passae and approval.
