AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE LAST CLAUSE OF THE
LAST SENTENCE OF SECTION 7- 105.4(d) OF CHAPTER 43
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK PERTAINING TO THE SETBACK FOR BUILDINGS OR
STRUCTURES IN THE FLOODPLAIN DISTRICT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK{ ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following language contained in the last clause
of the last sentence of Section 7- 105.4(d) of Chapter 43 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock is hereby repealed:
"except, in no case shall any building or structure be closer
than twenty --five (25) feet to any established floodway line."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
