ORDINANCE NO. 13,893
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
(a) Z -3529, described as Lot 7, Block 1, C. & P.
Johnsons Addition to the City of Little Rock, from
"0 -3" General Office District to "C -1"
Neighborhood Commercial District.
(b) Z -3538, described as Lot 6, Block 10,
C. E. Gallagher's Addition, from "C -3" General
Commercial District to "C -4" Open Display
District.
(c) Z -3542, described as the Applegate Addition to the
City of Little Rock, from "R -4" Two Family
District and "R -5" Urban Residence District to
"R -3" Single Family District.
(d) Z -3548, described as Lot B, R.F.S.'s replat of
Quiet Business District west of Hidden Valley
Drive, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from
"0 -3" General Office District to "C -3" General
Commercial District.
(e) Z -3549, described as Lot 2, Rustic Pines, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, from "0 -3" General Office
District to "C -3" General Commercial District.
(f) Z -3551, described as Block 13, Marshall and
Wolfe's Addition, from "R -6" High Rise Apartment
District to "0 -2" Office and Institutional
District.
(g) Z -3552, described as Lots 11 and 12, Block 44, and
Lots 11 and 12, Block 50, all in Industrial Park
Addition, from "R -2" Single Family District to
"0 -1" Quiet Office District.
(h) Z -3556, describe as Lot 9 and the west 50 feet of
Lots 10 and 11, and the north 25 feet of the west
50 feet of Lot 12,, Block 1, Strong and Waters
Addition, from "0 -3" General Office District to
"C -1" Neighborho d Commercial District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
District Map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
