AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE OAK FOREST
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Office of Comprehensive Planning has
prepared a plan for the Oak Forest Neighborhood to be used
as a guide for future land use decisions and capital
improvements; and
and
WHEREAS, the plan stresses neighborhood conservation;
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has been briefed on
the plan prepared by the Office of Comprehensive Planning in
conjunction with the Oak Forest Planning Committee and
adoption of the plan has been requested by that office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. The Oak Forest Neighborhood Plan is hereby
adopted.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
