HomeMy WebLinkAbout13870ORDINANCE NO. 13,870 AN ORDINANCE ISSUING CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS FOR VARIOUS PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the authority granted under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, conditional use permits are hereby issued for the properties described herein and for the purposes indicated as follows: (a) Z -3528 - Described as Lot 2, Eagle Subdivision #3 for a wholesale /retail donut shop in the "I -2" Light Industrial District. (b) Z -3510 - Described as part of Tract B, Cantrell Heights Commercial Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the NE corner of Lot 8, replat of part of Tract B, Cantrell Heights Commercial Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 38, Page 69 of the records of the Circuit Clerk and Ex Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence S 890 49' 36" W along the N line of said Lot 8, 149.93 feet; thence S 730 38' 13" W 105.95 feet; thence S 310 44' 11" W 1.96 feet; thence N 660 02' 50" W 130.02 feet; thence continue N 66° 02' 50" W 75.56 feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the left (said curve having a central angle of 25° 22' 38" and a radius of 60.08 feet); thence in a northwesterly direction along the arc of said curve to the left to the point of tangency thereof (said curve segment having a chord bearing and distance of N 780 44' 10" W 26.39 feet); thence S 880 34' 31" W 25.66 feet; thence N 10 25' 28" W 465.12 feet; thence N 88° 59' 59" E 485.78 feet to a point on the W right -of -way line of Foxcroft Road; thence S O10 56' 08" E along the W right -of -way line of said Foxcroft Road 529.77 feet to the point of beginning for a multifamily development in the "0 -2" Office and Institutional District. SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby attached to the above conditional use permits: That each development be constructed in accordance with the site plans approved by the Little Rock Planning Commission.
