ORDINANCE NO. 13,855
AN ORDINANCE ISSUING CONDITIONAL USE
PERMITS FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, SETTING FORTH
THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, conditional use permits
are hereby issued for the properties described herein and
for the purposes indicated as follows:
(a) Z -3504, described as part of the W 1/2, SW 1/4,
Section 9, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the SW corner of said W 1/2, SW 1/4,
Section 9; thence N 88° 47' E, 1,012.5 feet along
the S line of said W 1/2, SW 1/4; thence N 0% 27'
E, 710.2 feet; thence N 27° 42' W, 2,189.4 feet to
the NW corner of said W 1/2, SW 1/4; thence S
2,670.2 feet along the W line of said W 1/2, SW
1/4 to the point of beginning, for a paint
manufacturing factory in the I -3 Heavy Industrial
District.
(b) Z -3485, described as Lot 6, Block 34, Pulaski
Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, for a church parking lot in the R -2
Single Family District.
(c) Z- 3262 -A, described as part of the W 1/2, W 1/2,
NE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
the S 163.3 feet of a tract, starting at the SE
corner of said W 1/2, W 1/2, NE 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 33; thence N 0° 23' E, 208.5 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continue N 0° 23' E,
266.3 feet; thence N 89° 37' W, 111.75 feet;
thence S 0° 23' W, 25 feet; thence N 89° 37' W,
111.75 feet; thence S 0° 23' W, 241.3 feet; thence
S 890 37' E, 223.5 feet to the point of beginning,
for a day -care facility in the MF -18 Multifamily
District.
(d) Z -3500, described as a piece of ground 150 feet by
150 feet, beginning at a point 15 feet W and 665
feet S, from the NE corner of the W 1/2 of the N
1/2 of the NE 1/4, Section 1, T -1 -N, R -13 -W;
running thence S 150 feet; thence W 150 feet;
thence N 150 feet; thence E 150 feet to the point
of beginning, in Pulaski County, Arkansas, for a
day -care facility in the R -2 Single Family
District.

SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described conditional use permits:
Each of the above described properties are to be developed
in accordance with the respective site plans approved by the
Little Rock Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
