AN ORDINANCE GRANTING APPROVAL OF A
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY LOCATED
AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF CUMBERLAND
AND 7TH STREETS, SETTING FORTH THE
CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Chapter 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Planned Development
is hereby approved for the property described herein and for
the purpose indicated as follows:
Z -3491 - described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 12 and the
W 125 feet of Lot 4, and the W 125 feet of the N 1/2 of
Lot 5, Block 27, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas
for a ten -story multifamily housing project for the
elderly.
SECTION 2. That the development of this project is to be in
accordance with the site plans filed with the above cited
request for approval.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
