AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
(a) Z -3445 - described as part
Adams Subdivision of the
Section 6, T -1 -N, R -12 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas,
described as:
of Lot 16, Howard
W 1/2, NW 1/4,
Little Rock,
more particularly
Beginning 125 feet N 000 24' W of the SE
corner of said Lot 16, which is 6.2 feet E of
the W line of North Pierce Street and of the
NE corner of Lot B, Baird's Replat of
Howard Adams Subdivision; thence N 00° 24' W
along the E line of Lot 16, 125 feet; thence

SECTION 2. That that map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be, and it is hereby amended to the
extent and the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
