AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 225 THAYER
STREET SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS
ATTACHED THERETO, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Z -3474 - Described as Lot 10, Block 5, Capitol View
Addition for a two family dwelling in the "R -3" Single
Family District.
SECTION 2. That the Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
