HomeMy WebLinkAbout13832r ORDINANCE NO. 13,832 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated. (a) Z -3265 - A Described as all of Block 16 of Kimble's South Park Addition less and except the W 120 feet of the N 180 feet thereof from "R -6" High Rise District and "0 -3" General Office District to "PRD" Planned Residential Development District. (b) Z -3436 - Described as part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 20 T2N R13W Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas described as: Beginning at the NE corner of Lot 1 Tennis Club Addition; thence N 850 40' 16" W along the N line of Lot 1 300 feet; thence S 3* 55' 36" W along the W line of Lot 1 264.19 feet to its intersection with the N line of Tract 13 Woodlawn Farm Acre Tract; thence N 86° 17' 50" W along the N line of Tracts 13, 14, 15 and 16 418.39 feet; thence N 2° 25' 34" E 1029.19 feet to the N line of a 50 foot Little Rock Muncipal Water Works easement; thence S 57° 18' 29" E along said N line 827.76 feet to its intersection with the W right -of -way line of Sam Peck Road; thence S 0° 51' W along said W right -of -way line 367.31 feet to the point of beginning from "R -2" Single Family District to "MF -12" Multifamily District. (c) Z -3452 - Described as part of Block 8, Santa Fe Park Addition, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner of Block 8, Santa Fe Park Addition; thence N 0° 32' 20" W along the E line of said Block 8 330 feet; thence W 277.25 feet to a point on the easterly right -of -way line of a proposed road; thence along said easterly right -of -way line and a curve to the left said curve having a radius of 207.85 feet in a cord bearing in distance of S 39° 06' 24" E 47.07 feet; thence S 45° 36' 28" E along said easterly right -of -way line 30.75 feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 259.18 feet; thence along said curve to the right a cord bearing in distance of S 230 04' 24" E 198.67 feet; thence S 10° 07' 36" E along said easterly right -of -way line 60.04 feet; thence S 5° 10' 18" W along said easterly right -of -way line 30.2 feet to the S line of said Block 8; thence E along said S line 142.99 feet to the point beginning from "R -2" Single Family District to 110 -2" Office and Institutional District. (d) Z -3453 - Described as Lot 1, Block 2 and that part of the W one -half of Block 5 lying S of Arkansas Highway No. 10 all in Plunkett's Subdivision to the Forest Park Addition from "R -5" Urban Residents, 110-3" General Office and "C -3" General Commercial Districts to "C -3" General Commercial District. (e) Z -3473 - Described as part of the S one -half of the SE 1/4 of Section 8 T1S R13W Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 1800 feet W of the SE corner of Section 8; thence N 250 feet; thence E 104 feet ; thence N 1,070 feet; thence W 140 feet; thence S 850 12' W 766.9 feet; thence S 1,003 feet; thence E 400 feet; thence S 290 feet; thence E 400 feet to the point of beginning from 11R -2" Single Family District to "I -2" Light Industrial District. (f) Z -3475 - Described as Lot 7, Berkshire Place, Commercial Subdivision being a replat of Lot 2, Berkshire Place from "C -4" Open Display District to "C -3" General Commercial District. (g) Z -3478 - Described as Lot 3, Top Cat Subdivision from "I -2" Light Industrial District to "C -3" General Commercial District. (h) Z -3479 - Described as the W 100 feet of Lot 4, 5 and 6, Block 257 original city from "C -4" Open Display District to "C -3" General Commercial District. (i) Z -3480 - Described as Lot 1, Block 5, Calloway Addition from "C -3" General Commercial District to "R -5" Urban Residents District. (j) Z -3481 - Described as Section B of Finch Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, lying in part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 and the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 13 T1N R13W Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "C -3" General Commercial District to "C -4" Open Display District. (k) Z -3482 - Described as the N 300 feet of the E 90 feet of Lot 12 West Markham Street Subdivision from "R -2" Single Family District to "0-3" General Office District. SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in the Section 1 hereof.
