AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF STAGECOACH ROAD
AND OTTER CREEK ROAD IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE.CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -3455 - Described as the N 7 acres of the that part of
the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 8 T -1 -S, R -13 -W Pulaski
County, Arkansas, that lies N and W of the centerline
of the Little Rock and Hot Springs Pike (also known as
Arkansas State Highway #5) more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at the NW corner of the NE 1/4
NW 1/4 of Section 8 T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence N 890 15' E
659 feet to the centerline of Arkansas State Highway
#5; thence southerly along said said centerline 500.4
feet; thence S 890 28' W 573.3 feet to the W line of
the said NE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence N 00 25' E 488 feet to
the point of beginning from "R -2" Single Family
District to "C -2" Shopping Center District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
