AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF
ORDINANCE #13,801, WHICH ESTABLISHED
A PRECIOUS METAL DEALERS' PRIVILEGE
LICENSE TAX; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance #13,801 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
That the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, is hereby amended by adding a subsection to the
schedule of license taxes contained in Section 21 -13.1,
which shall read as follows:
Precious Metal Dealers $100 per day or $300 for one
year at the option of the
purchaser.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
