AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTIES
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST AND SOUTHWEST
CORNERS OF 33RD STREET AND JOHN BARROW
ROAD, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
A. Z -3384, described as Lots 7 and 8, Block 150, John
Barrow Addition, from "R -3" Single Family District
to "C -1" Neighborhood Commercial District.
B. Z -3385, described as Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 171,
John Barrow Addition, from "R -3" Single Family
District to "C -1" Neighborhood Commercial
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
