3 A RESOLUTION TO SET SEPTEMBER 4, 2012, AS THE DATE OF
4 HEARING ON THE PETITION TO ABANDON THAT PORTION OF
5 ANNA STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY BETWEEN WEST 32 °d STREET AND
6 LUCIE AVENUE AND THE ALLEY RIGHT -OF -WAY WITHIN BLOCK
7 21, C.O. BRACK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE, ARKANSAS;
8 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, a petition has been fled with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
11 vacate and abandon that portion of Anna Street right -of -way between West 32nd Street and Lucie Avenue,
12 approximately 305 linear -feet, and the alley right -of -way within Block 21, C.O. Brack Addition to the
13 City of Little Rock, approximately 237.5 linear -feet, pursuant to its general police power authority under
14 Ark. Code Ann. § 14 -54 -104.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
16 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
17 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above - mentioned right -of -way shall be held
18 at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six
19 o'clock on the 4`h day of September, 2012.
20 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
21 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
22 County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
