RESOLUTION NO. 13,546
A RESOLUTION TO SET AUGUST 21, 2012, AS THE DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED USES OF 2013 CDBG,
HOME AND HOPWA FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, federal regulations require that a public hearing must be conducted on the proposed
uses of 2013 CDBG, HOME and HOPWA Funds the City anticipates receiving from the Department of
Housing and Urban Development;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The public hearing regarding the proposed uses of 2013 CDBG, HOME and HOPWA
entitlement Funds will be held at six o'clock on the 21 st day of August, 2012.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
