HomeMy WebLinkAbout19132ORDINANCE NO. 19,132 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A REDUCED FRONT BUILDING LINE FOR THE BENTLEY COURT SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAT (S- 1435), LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF STAGECOACH ROAD APPROXIMATELY ONE - FOURTH MILES NORTH OF OTTER CREEK ROAD. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within. the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Bentley Court Subdivision Preliminary Plat (S -1435) as follows: Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31 -235 to allow a reduced front building line; Lots 1 — 77, 80 — 83, 86 — 109 and 112 - 119 of the Bentley Court Subdivision Preliminary Plat. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
