BE IT RZSOL -rE':) BY THE CITY COUNCIL:
That, the City Engineer be and they are hereby
directed to issue permit to the Gunnels -Riley Company to erect
such fence as may be necessary around a strip of Eleventh Street
t
near Main and their material for the erection of a building
near Main and Eleventh may be placed upon said enclosed area
and that said Board require the pavement to be properly pro-
tected by said Company: Space to be designated by City Engineer,
'no advertisement to be allowed on the fence, space not to be
lover ten (10) feet.
