RI IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. 03 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
That thi a City Council respectfully regaest the Convent 10n' to

majority necessary to pasa any particular bond issue submitted,

and not two thirds of whose voting as now written, and
That thin City Council respectfully request that the
proposal be changed so that outstanding indebtedness maybe
