RESOLUTION NO. 11409.
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ANNEXATION OF NORTH HALF OF THE FAST
HALF OF THE NORTM- ST gUARTER OF SECTION SIX, TOWNSHIP OhE
NORTH, RANGE T'W'ELVE IMEST.
WHEREAS, a. majority of the land owners and inhabi-
tants of the following described land, situated in Pulaski
County, to -wit: north half of the east half of the north -
viest quarter of Section six, township one Korth, range twelve
west, have filed a petition to the county court of Pulaski
County that the said territory be annexed to the City of
Little Rock, and the said court has made an order that said
territory may be annexed, subject to the passage of a resolu-
tion or ordinance of this council accepting said annexation,
and the time for hearing any complaints thereof provided by
law; and
'WHEREAS, all of said territory is a part of P-tifer's
Addition to the City of Little Kock designated by lots and
blocks in such and is embraced in the description "Blocks Nine
to Twenty, incl. usive, in Pfeifer's Addition to the city of
Little Rock";
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city of
Little Rock through its city council by this resolution accepts
the territory herein described as part of the uity of 1,ittle
Rock, and the City limits shall be extended to include it,
and this be done without the loss of time or expense of an elec-
tion on the question.
BE IT FUR211ER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolu-
tion be filed with the County clerk of Pulaski county.
