RESOLUTION # 1152
, MAS, it has appeared to the City Council of the City of
Little Rock that it is to the best interest Qf the City of Little
Rock to secure the tract of land, as described below, for park
purposes, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY = CITY COUIXIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
That the City attorney is hereby authorized and directed to begin,
at once, condemnation proceedings in the proper court to secure for the
City, for park purposes, the following described property:
The NEB SW NEj, Yl SE-1, SWj NE-, and the S* SEA. S94 NE4, all in
Section 6, Township 1 North, Range 12 West; and Blocks 12, 13, 14, 15
16 and 17 of Howard dams Subdivision of the GA Si .NEa- ,.Section 6, Tovmship
1 North, , -.nye 12 „ est.
ADOPTED: January 28, 1924.
