RESOLUTION Nth. 1153.
WHEREAS, the Ar la rs air Dater Company has served
notice upon this City Council that beginning February
1,1924 it will cease to bill the domestic water consumers
monthly as is the present practice,but will bill them
z= quarterly, and
=NHEREAS,this being the first notice that this Council
has had of this proposed change in the method of billing
the domestic water consumers of the Arkansaw eater Compa.ny,",-),V, ,.,
th*t Council nor its Public Utilities Committee has had an
opportunity to go into this matter art confer Frith.. the
officials of the Ark,^.nsaw Water Coc!pany and the consumers
as to the advisability of adopting the proposed change,
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: That the Arican saw Water Company
be notified not to inaugurate this new system of billing
until further advice from this body.
