R E S O L U T I O
Whereas, Previous appropriation has been made for the pur-
chase of certain tracts in Section 6, Township 1 North, Range 12
West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, to be used for the purpose of a pub-
lie park; and,
Whereas, It appears to this council that the tract hereafter
described cannot be secured without condemnation proceedings and its
acquisition by the City is necesagry for said purpose; NOW, THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RUCK:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to
begin at once condenmation proceedings to secure for the City, for
park purposes, the following described property, to -wit:-
The West 110 feet of Lot 11;
All of Lots 12, 13 and 16;
The West Half of Lot 17; and
All of Lot 18;
All of Adams Subdivision of the ',Nest Half of the
Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Wuarter of Section 6,
Township 1 North, Range 12 'Nest, Pulaski County, Arkansas;
title to which is in Catherina et al.
