is daily housing many of Little Rock's poor in a building
vhich is inaderuate, and for wh ch high rent is being paid
from the charity fund, and

CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARIATISAS, that the Social SST Lfare Bureau

nataxe until such time as the city desires to rent, sell or
use the buildigg.
