BE IT RFSOLV� BY TIE CIT OUN .CIL OF THE CTTY W LITTLE" ROCJC• ,
of each month beonning with the
month of January, 1929, it shall'A the duty of the City Clerk to furnish
to the :Mayor and to e__ch member of the said Jity `%ouncil a statement
showing the financial c ondit ion of the pity of Little Rock as of the
1st of the said month.
That said statement shall show the cash balance on and a�tt t e
beginning of said month, cash receipts for the previous month, 1 T
revenues for the whole or the remainder of the year, as the
case may be, from whatever source, the revenues expended for the cur-
rent year p to t e date of the said statement, and the balance remain-
ing of ( 'S enu es over revenues expended; said statement shall
also show the expenses actually incurred and paid out for the month pre-
ceding the statement and shall also show the moneys expended znd.paid
out for the corresponding month of tho rrevious year;- -&ts-oq- 'M e" -

month beginning with the first of the month as of which it shall be made
as hereinbefore provided, and the expenditures actually made and paid out
for the corresponding month of the previous year.
A separate item in said statement shall show all unpaid claims
filed with the Oity ,ouncil for allovwice.,

items of expenditures ,
shall be listed under the various appropriate departments and then re-
capitulated, except that all of the salaries in each of the various de-
partments may be lumped in one sum and set out under the proper department
unless and until otherwise directed by this Council.
The said Uity clerk shall also include in said statement such
information touching the f inalces of the V'ity as has heretofore been
furnished to the Finance V"ommit tee., and not called for herein.
