71hereas, petitions are being circulated for Street
Improvement District Number 508, and,
71hereas, the City of Little Rock is the owrner of certain
unplatted tracts acquired as park sites in Sections 31 and 32,
Township 2 North, Range 12 `'lest, part of which property is
located and embraced within Street Improvement District Number
508;
]MV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO?TNCIL OF
THT CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
That Mayor Chas. E. Troyer of the City of Little ock
is hereby authorized and directed to sign the second petition
to Street Improvement District - Tumber 508 on behalf and for
the City or Little Rock.
