WHEREAS, Halsey, Stuart & Company, of Chicago,
Illinois, were the successful bidders at the sale of $555,000
City of Little Rock bonds, held on October 15, 1929: Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to enter into a contract,with said Halsey, Stuart &
Company,covering the sale and purchase of said bonds in accordance
with the terms of said sale.
Adopted: October 15, 1929.
