tidHE,REAS, there has been instituted, and is nom pend-
nw In the Pulaski Chancery Court,a suit entitled "A. Bic-
Ulellan v. Fiol'3ca 3. Kn0vilLon, .._ayor; J. ctlii° �t C; "4e
of Police; J. Fi. ',Iarak, Cit�r �gineer; and members o- the
City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas ", which
suit is for the purpose of reviewing the action of the City
Count.0 in refusing to grant a permit for the erection of a
garage building at 4002 'yest r <`arkham street, and
WHEREAS, said suit was filed by a citizen and tax
payer of the City of Little Rock, and j
WHEREAS, it will be expensive to said citizen to have
all of the above named officials personally served with sum-
mons, and
a7FI REAS, an entry of appearance on behalf of all the
defendants in said case will effect a savings to said citize
and to the city, in the event of an unfavorable decision, an
will not prejudice any rights which any of the defendants ma3t
have,

pending in the Pulaski Chancery Court, and his action in so
doing is hereby ratified.
