ITOWs BEFORE, Be it Resolved by the City Council
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, that the Little Rock Gas &
Fuel Company be, and it is hereby required to file 4sith the City
Clerk of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, within ten days from
ate, a complete list of all contracts entered into by it s,itii
industrial users under the provisions of ordinance No. 4801, said
list to show the names of the consumers; the nature of its business;
average monthly consumPtion of gas by such consumer; and the rate
charged and collected for such fuel; together with a copy of any
contract used by it with said industrial consumers.
