struction Finance Corporation under the terms of the act" of Congress
known as the Emergency Relief � and Construction Act of 1935, for
the purpose of erecting a hanger at the 1:7unicipal A: rpokt, and

HEREAS said loan shall be procured under the provisions of said
act applying to self liquidating p ro�jec-6s, sherein the sums so bore o eu

containing plans and specifications of such project toget,. � with other
information be presented to the Reconstruction Finance Cor ration in
the form of an application for said loan;
N THEREFURE DE IT RESOLVED 3 TH:� CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE DCL0, that
!�ayor Horace E. anon +lton be and he is hereby authorized to .aI,' *)ly for
and on behalf of the City of. Little Rock to the ReCons'truction Finance
Corporation for a loan under the "self liquidating provision' of the
Emergency Relief arid Construction Act of 1932 in such a sum as may be
necessary but not to exceed X30,000.00 for the erection of a hangar
at the it'unicipal Airport, and i1e is further authorized to execute any
and all applications, statements and other papers necessary to effect
completion of said loan.
