3 A RESOLUTION TO SET AUGUST 21, 2012, AS THE DATE OF
4 HEARING ON THE PETITION TO CLOSE THE PLATTED TEN (10)-
5 FOOT PATH BETWEEN LOTS 186 AND 187, PROSPECT TERRACE
6 ADDITION, AND WALKWAY EASEMENTS IN LOTS 1 AND 2,
7 VILLAREAL'S REPLAT OF LOTS 186, 187 AND 188, PROSPECT
8 TERRACE ADDITION IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
9 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
vacate and abandon the platted ten (10) -foot path between Lots 186 and 187, Prospect Terrace Addition,
and walkway easements in Lots l and 2, Villareal's Replat of Lots 186, 187 and 188, Prospect Terrace
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, pursuant to its general police power authority under Ark.
Code Ann. §14 -54 -104.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above - mentioned platted foot path and
walkway easements shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the
Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on the 21st day of August, 2012.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
