RESOLUTION NO. 13,529
A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS TO THE ARKANSAS
ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The following named individuals are hereby appointed as members of Arkansas Arts
Center Board of Trustees:
Rush Harding, appointed to serve his second four (4) -year term, said term expiring on June 30,
2016.
Howard Hurst, Appointed to serve his first four (4) -year term, said term expiring on June 30, 2016.
Wilson Jones, reappointed to serve his second four (4) -year term, said term expiring on June 30,

Michael Maulden, appointed to serve his first four (4) -year term, said term expiring on June 30,
2016.
J. Shepherd Russell, appointed to serve his first four (4) -year term, said term expiring on June 30,
2016.
Charlotte Brown, appointed to fill the unexpired term of John Meyer, said term expiring on June
30, 2013.
Robert Burnett, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Marla Johnson, said term expiring on June
30, 2013.
Matt Reddin, appointed to serve his first four (4) -year term, said term expiring on June 30, 2016.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
