RESOLUTION NO. 13,525
A RESOLUTION TO SET JULY 17, 2012, AS THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO ABANDON A PORTION OF THE PATRICK
COUNTRY ROAD RIGHT -OF -WAY NORTH OF TRACT E, THE
RANCH SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE, ARKANSAS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
vacate and abandon approximately 1,100 linear feet of the fifty-five (55)- foot -wide Patrick County Road
right -of -way North of Tract E, The Ranch Subdivision, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, pursuant to
its general police power authority under Ark. Code Ann. §14 -54 -104.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above - mentioned right -of -way shall be held
at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six
o'clock on the 17`x' day of July, 2012.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
