HomeMy WebLinkAbout14054ORDINANCE NO. 14,054 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated: (a) Z- 3454 -A, described as part of the SW 1/4, Section 5, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of the SW 1/4; thence north 89° 19' east, 1,060.74 feet; thence north 1° 03' west, 928.89 feet to a point on the north right -of -way line of Otter Creek Parkway and the point of beginning; thence continue north 1° 03' west, 709.53 feet; thence south 89° 23' east, 1,373.5 feet to the west right -of -way line of Arkansas State Highway #5; thence south 21° 34' O1" west, 842.43 feet; thence north 72° 18' west, 351 feet; thence north 84° 48' west, 329.53 feet; thence south 82° 42' west, 340 feet; thence south 84° 53' 01" west, 51.16 feet to the point of beginning. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the Code of Ordinance of the City of Little Rock and designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
