AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
HINSON ROAD AT BECKENHAM, Z -3688,
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 29, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the SE 1/4, SW
1/4, Section 29; thence south 89° 49' 50" east, 250.06
Feet to the point of beginning, said point being
1083.56 feet, north 89° 49' 50" west from the Southeast
corner of said Section 29; thence north 0° 4' 41" west,
365.85 feet; thence north 89° 55' 19" east, 444.05 feet
to a point on the Westerly right -of -way line of Hinson
Road; thence along said right -of -way line and the arc
of a curve concave to the Northeast, whose radius is
751.40 feet, a chord bearing and distance of south 38°
2' 8" east, 278.79 feet to the P.T. of said curve;
thence south 48° 43' 35" east along said right -of -way
line, 74.95 feet to the P.C. of a curve; thence along
said right -of -way and the arc of said curve being
concave to the Northeast, whose radius is 642.74 feet,
a chord bearing and distance of south 52° 30' 5" east,
84.63 feet; thence along the arc of a curve concave to
the west, whose radius is 40.00 feet, a chord bearing
and distance of south 120 11' 1" east, 55.67 feet;
thence south 310 54' 7" west, 7.94 feet to a point on
the South line of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4 of said Section 29
and being the Northeast corner of Lot 55, Hillsborough
Subdivision as recorded in Document 78 -25029 in Plat
Book A -86 of the Pulaski County Records; thence north
880 49' 50" west along the North line of said
subdivision, 746.5 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 5.10 acres, more or less. This conditional
use is approved for use as a church and related
activity in what is now zoned "R -2."
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
Conditional use is approved in accordance with Little
Rock City Ordinances and Codes and also in accordance
with the approved site plan.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
