AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING SOUTH MONROE
STREET NORTH FROM BRACK AVENUE BETWEEN BLOCKS
23 & 24, C. 0. BRACK'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that South Plonroe Street,
north from Brack Avenue,between Blocks 23 and 24
Addition to the City of Little Rock, as designat,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases,
vacates and abandons all its rights, together with the rights of
the public generally, in and to the street designated as follows:
That portion of South Monroe Street, north from Brack
Avenue, that fronts on Lots 3, 4 & 5, Block 23, and
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5, Block 24, C. 0. Brack's Addition,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
subject, however, to any public utility or drainage easements
located in said street.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the
City Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of
Pulaski County, and recorded in the records of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
