AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
13601 BECKIENHAM DRIVE (Z- 3681),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Lot 27, Hillsborough Subdivision, Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
Property is to be used for private Home Owner
Association swimming pool and recreation equipment
area and is zoned "R -2."
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, codes, and the approved site plan (to
include a six -foot board fence (opaque) along the east
line of the north 1/2 of the plan).
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
